About the Project
Metadesign Interior designs and builds offices in Singapore: fit-out, renovation, reinstatement and acoustics. They have been a Rezult client for about two years. Their old site was one of the first we looked after, so when it was due for a refresh we did it as a revamp, for a client who deserves it.
The Challenge
The site was on Elementor, built for an earlier idea of the business. The message was not tight enough around what Metadesign now does well: offices only, one team from design to handover, pricing that is honest. Cost questions, the ones buyers actually search, had thin answers, and the site was not set up to be quoted by AI assistants.
Before & After
| Metric | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Page builder | Elementor | Native Bricks, fewer plugins |
| Positioning | Broader, less focused message | Offices only, said in the first screen |
| Cost answers | Thin | Budget calculator plus a cost guide and 20 guides |
| Projects | Few photos, no structure | Projects hub with real photos and tags |
| Enquiries | Basic contact form | WhatsApp, quote form and phone, saved and emailed |
Before and after compared on the live site, October 2026. Traffic and ranking results come later: we will report them after the first full month.
Our Process
We built from the client's own brand, checked the project photos and facts they could stand behind, and showed two directions. CJ picked Quiet Precision, a calm, grid-led look with a small floor-plan line drawing used on a few pages. We drafted all 16 pages as HTML, checked them with the client, then rebuilt them natively in Bricks.
What is better: a clear offices-only message, a budget calculator based on the firm's past projects, an acoustics page, a projects hub filled with real photos, and a guides section of 20 articles on cost, permits, timelines and reinstatement. Every page opens with a direct answer and carries FAQ and breadcrumb schema, with llms.txt for AI crawlers, so Gemini, ChatGPT and Perplexity can use it.
Under the hood: Bricks instead of Elementor, native forms that save the enquiry and email the team, Yoast as the single SEO tool, and a map built into the theme. Novamira and Claude helped with the repetitive build work, and every page was checked by a person at desktop and phone widths.
Timeline
- Early OctResearch, scope lock to offices only, and a content audit of what the old site claimed.
- Oct 7Two directions shown to CJ. He picks Quiet Precision as the base.
- Oct 8-12Full 16-page site in HTML, with the budget calculator and projects hub, on a private preview.
- Oct 13-18Native Bricks build, 20 guides moved over, forms, map and mobile menu tested.
- Oct 19CJ approves. The site goes live on mdinterior.com.sg.
Tech Stack
Built to the same design system as our other Bricks sites, so the client can edit text, prices and photos without breaking the layout.
The 2026 Angle
Buyers in 2026 ask AI assistants things like 'how much does an office fit-out cost per square foot in Singapore' and read the answer. A site that states real ranges, answers first and marks it up in structured data is the one that gets quoted.
