Software built around
how you actually work.
We build custom web apps, portals, dashboards and automations for Singapore small businesses. We start from your real daily flow, fix the most expensive part first, and grow the system phase by phase, so you see it working before you pay for the next step.
Almost anything is possible. It depends on your flow.
Booking, invoicing, payouts, client portals, AI assistants, dashboards: none of it is hard to build anymore. The hard part is knowing exactly what your business needs and in what order. So we start by understanding who does what, where time and money leak, and what you want to achieve. Then we build to measure, in small phases, at a price a small business can carry.
You tell us what you need. We come back with a plan and a few options. You decide, and we build it.
Three businesses, three very different apps.
A tuition agency, an electronics retailer and a marine services company. Different problems, same method: understand the flow, fix the core loop, then automate.
Live Special Minds
Operations platform for a special-needs tuition agencySpecialX, one progressive web app for parents, teachers and admin: sessions, monthly invoices, PayNow and card payments, prepaid credits, teacher payouts and WhatsApp reminders. It replaced spreadsheets, a legacy admin and hours of message chasing.
Live TradeZone
AI sales assistant, trade-in desk and dashboardText and voice assistant on tradezone.sg that searches the catalogue and prices trade-ins, plus a staff dashboard for trade-in requests, enquiries and chat stats.
In build Trident Services
Office app for a marine services firmAn app to cut the paperwork between field jobs and the office. In build now, details once it is delivered.
What can a custom app do for a small business?
It takes the work that lives in spreadsheets, chat threads and someone's head, and puts it in one place that does the follow-up for you. These are the pieces we build most often. Most projects combine three or four.
Client and staff portals
Separate logins for customers, staff and admin, each seeing only what they should.
Booking and scheduling
Availability, requests, reschedules and reminders without the back-and-forth.
Invoices and payments
Invoices built from the work done, PayNow QR and card links, receipts, payment status.
Payouts and finance views
Who is owed what, bank CSV exports, cash in, unpaid, month by month.
WhatsApp, email and SMS
Confirmations, reminders and announcements sent at the right time, paced and logged.
AI assistants
Chat and voice bots on your data, drafting reports, replying to enquiries, sorting photos.
Dashboards and reports
The numbers you check every week on one screen, on your phone.
Business OS
Clients, jobs, quotes, invoices and tasks in one system your whole team works from.
Lead gen and email sequences
Forms and chats that capture leads, route them, and follow up by email or WhatsApp until they reply.
Connecting what you have
WordPress, WooCommerce, Google Sheets, your old system. We read from it before we replace it.
Find the spreadsheet everyone actually uses.
Every business running on old software keeps a side file where the real work happens: payouts worked out by hand, overdue invoices chased one by one, who is matched with whom. We sit with the person who runs it. That file is the roadmap for phase 1.
Then one rule decides what goes in first: does it move money, record money or protect money? If not, it waits for a later phase. No decorative features.
- Read before we write. We connect to your current data read-only first. Nothing live breaks.
- A person approves the money. Invoices, payouts and reports go out when someone presses send, not before.
- Test on real data, safely. Sandbox payments and message allowlists until you say go.
- Every change is logged. Who did what, when, with the before and after.
How much does it cost? Paid by phase, not in one lump.
Singapore agencies typically quote SGD 20,000 to 100,000 or more upfront for a custom platform. We split the same journey into phases you can see working. You pay a deposit, use what we built, and only then decide the next step. Our builds so far have landed between SGD 5,000 and 8,000 in total.
Understand the flow
Free callYou show us how the work happens today, including the spreadsheet everyone actually uses. We map the flow and agree what phase 1 must fix.
The core loop
From SGD 2,000The one flow that costs you the most time or money, working end to end. You use it with real data before we move on.
Fill the gaps
Quoted after phase 1What real use showed is missing: more roles, exceptions, exports, the edge cases nobody mentions on day one.
Automate and report
Quoted after phase 2Reminders, AI drafting, dashboards, finance reports. Only once the core is trusted.
Run and improve
From SGD 100 / monthHosting, backups, monitoring, small fixes and support on WhatsApp. One flat number, told to you upfront.
Off-the-shelf software, a software house, or built to measure?
Off-the-shelf tools are the right answer when your process is standard. When it is not, you end up bending the business around the tool and keeping a spreadsheet on the side anyway.
Custom app questions.
How much does a custom web app cost in Singapore?
Singapore agencies usually quote SGD 20,000 to 40,000 for a small business MVP and SGD 40,000 to 100,000 or more for a full platform. We work in phases instead: a first working phase from SGD 2,000, the next phase quoted once you have used it, and a flat monthly running cost from SGD 100. Most of our builds so far landed between SGD 5,000 and 8,000 in total.
Why is Rezult cheaper than a software house?
Three reasons. We build with AI coding tools every day, so the boilerplate costs us far less time. We scope one phase at a time, so you never pay for features nobody uses. And on new kinds of projects we learn alongside you, so we charge less for that part and say so openly.
What is a progressive web app (PWA)?
A PWA is a website that installs and behaves like an app on a phone: home screen icon, full screen, fast, works on iPhone and Android, with no App Store approval or fees. For most business tools, portals and dashboards it does everything a native app does at a fraction of the cost.
Can you build on top of our existing system?
Usually yes. We start by reading your current data (WordPress, WooCommerce, Laravel, Google Sheets) without writing back, so nothing live breaks. Once the new flow is proven, we decide together whether to extend the old system or move across.
How long does it take?
A first phase usually takes two to six weeks depending on the flow. Each later phase is planned after you have used the previous one. Spreading delivery over a few months keeps the cost manageable and lets real use shape what comes next.
Who owns the app and the data?
You do. Your data lives in your own database, on servers we set up for you, with daily or more frequent backups. Payments go straight to your HitPay, Stripe or bank account, never through us.
Do you add AI to every app?
No. AI goes where it saves real time: drafting long reports, answering enquiries, searching a catalogue, sorting photos. Money and approvals stay with a person. On Special Minds the first phases had no AI at all, because the job was to close the billing loop.
What do you need from us to start?
A one hour call where you walk us through a normal week, the files or sheets you use, and who does what. Then we come back with the phase 1 scope and price in writing.
