About the Project
NRF Engineering is a Singapore mechanical, electrical and civil contractor, plant turnarounds, pipe fabrication, heavy lifting and process work for industrial sites. A young, growing firm whose domain was still showing a default GoDaddy holding page, nothing that reflected the scale of the work they actually do.
The Challenge
They needed a real corporate presence with the depth and polish of a much larger contractor, and one that ranks for the specific services they win work on, not a single brochure page. Each service had to be findable on its own terms in search.
Our Process
We built a full marketing site from scratch on Bricks with the SNN-BRX child theme, on a clean, low-plugin stack: home, about, a services hub with eight dedicated SEO service pages (one core keyword each), industries, a projects gallery, certifications, and a Field Notes blog for technical authority content.
Every service page carries its own answer-capsule intro and schema so it can surface in AI and zero-click search. We pointed the domain to our hosting behind Cloudflare and left their Microsoft 365 email completely untouched, so nothing broke in the move.
Timeline
- JulBrief in: a technical contractor whose domain still showed a default GoDaddy parked page, wanting the depth of a much larger firm.
- AugFull site built native on Bricks: home, about, services hub + 8 SEO service pages, industries, projects, certifications, blog.
- AugAnswer-capsules and schema on every service page, plus a technical Field Notes blog written for authority and AI search.
- SepDomain pointed to our Cloudflare-fronted hosting, Microsoft 365 email left untouched, site live for content sign-off.
Tech Stack
Built native in Bricks on a DRY system, not a page-builder mess. AI-assisted with Novamira and Claude, on top of real WordPress and Bricks craft.
The 2026 Angle
For a technical contractor in 2026, the win is a site where every service you bid on has its own page, its own answer for search, and enough depth to prove capability, not one brochure page. A lean Bricks build makes that fast to publish and cheap to run.
