About the Project
Special Minds connects families with specialist tutors and therapists for children with special educational needs in Singapore. Beyond matching, Special Minds now manages every session end-to-end.
The Challenge
The old model simply matched a teacher to a parent and took a deposit — the two then dealt directly. Special Minds wanted to run the whole operation: manage sessions, bill monthly, pay out tutors, and grow beyond word-of-mouth with a public site that actually ranks.
Our Process
We pushed the marketing site to current SEO standards and added pages, while a custom operations platform handles sessions, monthly invoicing, tutor payouts, and real-data reconciliation behind the scenes.
A parent-facing marketplace is the next phase — coming soon — layered on the same platform.
